1) Customer chooses the loose lab diamond;

2) Customer describes the jewelry he/she wishes, our designer designs Jewelry 3D images and estimated the cost;

3) Customer confirms the design, pay for 50% cost. Then our artisan begins the making process;

4) Custom jewelry finished, quality check. We send pictures and video to customers before shipping, customer pay for the final 50% cost;

5) Shipping and delivery, all the jewelry will be shipped with full value insured, and requires a direct signature;

6) Feedback: we look forward to our customers’ feedback, any suggestions are welcome.
